I began my career in customer service, where I discovered my passion for people and the importance of delivering exceptional experiences. Those early lessons in empathy and communication have shaped every step of my journey.

After having my second daughter, I was inspired by amazing leaders in recruitment and made the move into the industry. It was a natural fit — blending my service-driven mindset with a genuine desire to help others grow.
